Phillip Wayne Turnbough, 16, of Plumerville, departed this life Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008. 

He was a student at Morrilton High School and enjoyed playing softball. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carrie Turnbough; and grandparents, Jewel Clark, Dallas and Carol Turnbough, and George R. Harris.  

He is survived by his parents, Debra and George Harris of Plumerville; one brother, Jeremiah and Teresa Mathes of Atkins; two sisters, Andrea and Jimmy Stewart of Morrilton and April Mathes and Noe Pequeno of Conway; four nieces, Caitlyn and Erica Stewart, Camren Pequeno and Bailey Mathes;  grandparents, Henry and Azile Clark of Atkins and Coma Harris of Plumerville; great-grandmother, Marie Payne of Russellville; and fiancee, Stephanie Flowers of Plumerville. 

Funeral services were Friday at the Deerwood Assembly of God Church in Morrilton. 

Interment was at St. Joe Cemetery in Atkins.
