Billie Jean Courtwright

Billie Jean Courtwright, 52, of Dover, died Thursday, July 19, 2007, at her home.

The daughter of William Gene and Dorothy Katherine Merseal Counts, she was born Nov. 23, 1954, in East St. Louis, Ill. 

She married Justin Courtwright, July 28, 1990, in Dover. She worked at POM for the last eight years. 

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Roger Dale Counts.

She is survived by her husband, Justin Courtwright of Dover; a daughter, Amber Counts of Russellville; a son, Branden Counts of Dover; granddaughter, Abigail Robbins of Russellville and her mother, Dorothy Counts of Fairmont City, Ill.

Graveside funeral services and burial were Monday at Paschall Cemetery with Rev. Darwin Barnhouse officiating. Arrangements were by Humphrey Funeral Service.
