James Vernon Minyard,
63, of Russellville, died Friday, June 2, 2006, at
A son of the late Mary Bell
Bynum Minyard, he was born May 11, 1943 in
Russellville. He was an employee of
Tyson Foods for over twenty years.
He was also preceded in death by
a brother and three sisters.
Survivors include a son, “Bo”
Vaughn of Atkins; two daughters, Tammy Lorher of Bakersfield, Calif. and Teresa Conquest of
Joplin, Mo.; his father, Robert Minyard of
Russellville; two sisters and brothers-in-law,
Barbara and Billy Mars and Lolita and Marlin Young, all of Russellville;
ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild, Madison Paige Leigh Mross.
A memorial service was conducted
by Shinn Funeral Service Saturday in the Shinn Chapel. The family will have a private burial in
